Be professional
Did you meet your goals?
Actually I really like this quastion, I don't think I meet my goal at all however I'm happy because I did it and I get some great experience there I could say now at least I know the real life experience I know how it taste like ect.
What are the most important things you’ve learned?
The most important thing that I learned are numerus: The first thing that I learned id "how to an professional? the characteristic of an professional. always be on time on everything, be frendly, hav ea good smile, plaining your wants, be true to yourself, always be competitive in a positive way. And I also have some skill in offices work. like filling, faxing these kind of things.
In what ways have your grown?
I could say that I have grown in many ways such as professionally, like be a plan person, know how to coorporate things, loving working in team, having more patient to do something in an other word take more time to something right.
What were the highlights of your internship experience?
If you can, describe a memorable moment or experience.What challenges did you overcome?
What advice would you give a new intern at this site?
The advice I could give to a new intern are:
I will definitely miss the time I use to leave early at school
I will probabely miss my mentor who alway have to advice us, especially Jane who is really sweet, she is so nice and al of the othe coworkers but not work of course not.

in the biggining the most challenging part for me was to be able to asking quastions to the co-workers or even Jane for something I don't get but I did it anyway. I was a kind of shine but not at all. another thing was when we come sometimes we have to asking to help sometime they don't really have something for us to do and we are not able to seat without doing anything so we should go to ask all of the co-workers to help them with their work.
- Something that I really enjoyed was a surprise that they did for us, it was a really big suprise because the day was already past I throught they wouldn't do it for us. then finally they we aet a lot and they all gives us gift. that was so cool.
What advice would you give a new intern at this site?
The advice I could give to a new intern are:
- respect yoursel first and respect everyone else.
- be true to yourself.
- always be on time.
- know what you doing.
- be ethical (have a good behavior)

Jane full name is Jane Nanci Vasil.
2. Where are you from?
She was born ed in New York hospital her father originally from Greece and her mother from Italy, and she live in Queens.
3. Where did you go to college? For how long? Do you plan to go back to school?
She attempted PACE university and NYU both between four years. "She is in university of life experience " which means that everyday she get more experience.
4. (If the interviewee went to college)…What was your major in college and what kind of degree do you earn?
Her major in college was business. Employee Benefit looking at people bills,but she was no stable in one major she works from one to another. She past a few years working at Mcgraw-Hill from there to Human Resource for four years as benefice coordinator, later on working in benefit annalist analyze plan data. she get experience working at Quantum chemical makes bottles, manufacture and plastics.
After that she leaves NY went to Cincinnati Ohio to train people for tree months. but it was not really exited for her, then work for a Compaq for four months.
5. How long have you worked here?
she have been working in St Vincent hospital Human Ressource for thirteen years.
6. What is your job title?
Director Benefit.
7. What are some of the challenges you have faced working here?
Some of the challenges that she faces are: they don't have a best technique but constantly they wanted to change the management, what they wanted, how they want it.
8. What is the best part of your job?
The best part of her job is to offer service to other, feels great to serve other especially whom that place to help other people as the Doctor.
9. What is something you would like to change about your job?
Change the schedule fixes the hours.

she does enjoy the the job because she is a people person.

Always be true to yourself, if you believe in God put him a the first place in what ever you do, be honest, knows that everyone in life have a value. Daily Post Synthesis
OLD: In my internship I don't really have like a new project every week but we do have diffenent activities to do. everyday we might work in something different as long as we done with the one before.list of somethings we have done this week are: filing, faxing,xerox(making copies),
OLD: go pick up mail open and stempt the one with no names,
NEW:some new things that I havedn't do that I do this week are: skin, skin is when you wanted to send a document to someone and you wanted to make a copy of this document you go on the xerox machine and then you press image send, then adress book after that you will see a list of name that come on the screen then you just select the person that you need.
NEW: another thing is actually being more realaxing with the co-workers by asking them some quastions when I'm bored.

Daily post April 17
Today i was working on filling Emergency Contact Forms of 2004 , i was filling them in a acorriences and we got more papers to files and we filling them all. today was not that buzy however we did not just sitting it was just equival working without rush.it was not o bad.
