My internship is working in a hospital.
What kind of business is it and what kind of work do the professionals do there?
In st vincent hospital they there are many buildings butI 'am in a specific place,the professionas are working in human ressources.
Where is it?
St Vincent hospital is atb153 west 11 street 10011 in Manhattan.
Tell a little about your mentor.
My mentor is a cool person but very strict at the same time she whant everything to go in order. she also would like to see us makes success and make her pride by diong good work.
What happened on the first day?
The first day of my internship I meet a lot of people and using the xerox machine to do copy of a bid book.
What kinds of things have you done so far?
during the first week I have done a lot of new activities AS: coordinate papers which is filing use the xerox machine to make copy, MAKES NEW FILE,FIXING PAPER IN ORDER in the folder sometimes makes PACKEGES.
What were some of the highlights of the first week? (Memorable moments, cool things...)

When do you leave school?
I leave school at twelve.
How long does it take you to get to your internship?
It's almost takes me one hour to get there it depend.
When do you arrive at home?
Iget ome at 5:45-6
What is your schedule? (What days do you work and for how long each day?)
I start at 1:30 to 4:30 I work monday to thursday same hours.

Tell a little about yourself. :
My name's kermide,I'am from Haiti,I've been in US for two years in some months. I'm currently a junior at International high School, and am going to be starting internships this tuesday.
What did you learn in the junior internship seminar class up to this point? :
During the junior internship seminar we learn a bronch of things that related specially about "how we could get ready for college. We also learn how to write our resume and prepared for an interview.
What is your greatest fear about internship?
My biggest fear is "how would it be for me to meet and adapted with the new peple ,get connected easily and being able to do the work that woud be avalleble.
What is your greatest hope for the internship?
All of my hope is to be able to complete my assignment, get connected with the coworker easilly, gain great experiences suprise my mentor by doing exellent work in order to walk out with letter of recommendation.
What is your internship site and what are you going to do there? If you do not know, what do you think you will be doing?
I will be working in a hospital(in the office) diong work as filing faxing.ect
What will you miss about going to high school as you normally did for the last 2.5 years?
I will be missing all of my freinds and the after school activities.

Kermide, Very nice! Your mentor is strict, but I think you can handle that. It appears you are doing a lot of office work. Those are good skills to have.

as i have been telling some people you should add some pictures from ur internship
also fix some stuff that is like that "whant everything"
and maybe retype this"FILLING, MAKES DIFFERENT TYPES OF COPY, MAKES NEW FILE,FIXING DIFFERENT KIND OF PAPER IN ORDER BY FOLDER, BY PACKEGES." and the nect answer so that all the text will be "balanced" and it will look nicer like that
